when i emo,
when i feel stress,
i love to dive into the pool and sit on the floor of the pool...
suddenly..
u will feel that everything around you become so quite..
virtually you can only hear the sound of u breathing..
and occasionally...
you can hear the dum dummmm...sound from people diving..
that kind of silence can really calm you down..
or else i just make myself into a fetal position..let the tide bring me wherever it wants. ..
or else i will just float on water..
looking at the sky..
at day..
looking at the different different shapes of cloud..
at night..
looking at the star..
I HATE to go for swimming lesson at the beginning d..
i still remember during the 2nd lesson...
my coach asked me..
go float at the deeper end..
(at that time i was still standard 6..)
then after i float for a while...
my coach dive into the water..
and guess what..
he drag my leg..
pull me downward..
till i really really can't breath..
almost suffocated...
then only he let go me..
and since then all the lesson also got this leg pulling session..@.@
at that time...
i'm so so sked to go for lesson..(standard 6 kid only la...)
and at this moment..
i really wan to say..
I LOVE to swim
if I didnt't went for the swimming lesson that time..
I may not even know how to swim..
I may not even know how 2 enjoy swimming...
I may not even dare to sit on the floor of the pool and worse still make myself into fetal position..
I may not even dare or know how to float on the water w/o moving my hand and leg..
ya..
everyday is full of
challenges..
obstacles..
but as long as you trust yourself..
have faith on yourself..
that you can make it through..
like what in a drama said..
If u think you can, you can..
who knows..
There's a HUGE reward awaiting you at the other side..
There's not much thing in this world that you can't do it..
it's just whether you want to do it or not..
